Oolong Tea

Between green and black. Partially oxidized leaves range from light and floral to roasted and toasty, and can be brewed many times.

Oolong sits between green and black tea: the leaves are only partly oxidised, which gives a range from fresh and floral to roasted and honeyed. The best known come from Fujian in China and from Taiwan. Good leaves give several infusions.
