Bergamot is an Earl Grey style tea. Earl Grey is black tea scented with oil of bergamot, a fragrant citrus fruit from southern Italy. The popular story links the name to Earl Grey, a British prime minister of the 1830s. The bergamot gives a floral, citrusy top note over a smooth black tea. Delicious
