Gele thee
Gele thee is a yellow tea. Yellow tea is a rare Chinese tea. After the leaves are fixed like green tea, they are piled up and covered for a while, which turns them slightly yellow and takes away the grassy edge. The cup is mellow, smooth and gently sweet.
