Ippodo Matcha Ummon-no-mukashi

Matcha is shade-grown green tea from Japan, ground to a fine bright-green powder. Instead of steeping leaves, you whisk the whole leaf into water, which gives a rich, creamy and slightly sweet cup with a grassy depth. Whisk in a zigzag until it foams, or stir into warm oat milk.
